Vaugh and Jaffer battle on social media

The social media argument between cricket legends Wasim Jaffer and Michael Vaughn is often entertaining for the fans, especially with England and India squatting up against each other in the 5th Test at Edgbaston.

England seems to be ahead in the final days of the play and this was another motivator for Vaugh to mock Jaffer again. The former England captain has asked Jaffer if he was feeling nervous while England batters made a flying start to run their chase. Openers Alex Lees and Zack Crawley's 107-run partnership for the first wicket was a solid base for the hosts, while they were trying to chase down a stiff target of 378 runs.

Still, England lost three wickets pretty rapidly, putting them under pressure. The in-form batters Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow managed to take the wind out of India's sails pretty quickly, with an impressive 150-run stand and England needing just 119 runs to complete the chase at Edgbaston. Jasprit Bumrah and company, on the other hand, need just seven wickets on the last day to win the final Test match and record the first Test series triumph in England since 2007.
