Nations League - Big surprise in League A, Group 1

In the sixth round of Group 1 of the elite League of Nations, Croatia beat Austria in Vienna 3-1 and thus ensured a trip to the Final Four. Croatia finished the competition in group 1 of the elite league with four wins in a row with a total of 13 points. Denmark collected 12 and France five points. In last place is Austria with four points, which is why they go to League B.

Until the last 20 minutes of the game, Denmark was sure of going to the Final Four because they already had 2-0 against France after the first half and managed to keep that result until the end. However, a turnaround happened in Vienna and the team from Croatia managed to achieve its goal, which is to qualify for the finals as the first team in the group.

Although in the end, they failed to qualify for the Final Four, the Danes can be happy because they managed to beat strong France, for which played som of the best players. It's certainly not a small thing when you manage to beat a team in which, among others, Griezmann and Mbappe played.
