Football Club Barcelona brought the player for 50 million euros

Jules Kounde is one of the reinforcements with which the Catalan football club wants to start the new season. Probably, Football Club Barcelona will not stop only at this player since the transfer period has just started, but the fact is that this player is also a great reinforcement with which Barcelona will try to impose itself on other clubs.

Jules Kounde signed a five-year contract with which he should stay in Barcelona until 2027. According to verified sources, Barcelona paid Sevilla 50 million euros for this player, with the provision that they will immediately pay an additional 10 million through numerous bonuses.

Jules should have a salary of around six million euros per season. It took some time for Jules to decide between Barcelona and Chelsea F.C., but in the end, the Spaniards managed to persuade him to come to their club. Because of that transfer, they now have to sell Frenkie de Jong in order to justify the costs for the incoming transfers of three players, including Robert Lewandowski.

Jules is only 23 years old, and he can play in the position of right back and stopper. He started his career in FC Girondins de Bordeaux, from which Jules moved to Sevilla for 25 million euros where he played 95 games and scored 5 goals.
